Custom Columns on Tasks Table

You can now view context items like “patient first name” and “prior authorization number” in the tasks table, thanks to the introduction of custom columns.
To add a custom column, simply click the gear icon on the top right of the tasks table, then select a context item from one of your templates.
Use custom columns to build the perfect task list view for your needs.
Usage Page

Have you ever wondered how much your team has been using Opkit, or how your usage has changed over time? You can find answers to these questions on the brand-new “Usage” page!
The “Usage” page shows charts for account-level statistics like:
Tasks Completed
Tasks Canceled
Calls Completed
Calls Canceled
You can view data from different timeframes using the “period” dropdown selector.
We’ll be adding additional charts and metrics in the coming weeks.
Cancel Tasks Button

We’ve added a cancel button to the task detail page, allowing you to cancel unfinished tasks that are no longer needed.
Coming Soon
We’ll be landing a full suite of amazing product features over the next month. Here are some of the highlights:
Result Checks: A major new feature, Result Checks will allow users to define custom logical rules for validating task results. When a Result Check evaluates to false, this task will be highlighted in the dashboard, ensuring that your team is aware of any suspicious-looking outputs.
Total Counts on Usage Page: We’re already working on improvements to the “Usage” page, starting with total values for metrics like "Tasks Completed” and “Tasks Canceled” during the currently selected time period.
Sortable Columns on Tasks Table: Soon you will be able to sort the tasks table by any column, making it significantly easier to find and review tasks.
Faster Search: A faster search experience is in the works.
Feature Deep-Dive - Developer API
One of the best parts about Opkit is our intuitive, modern developer API. In this video, Opkit co-founder Justin Ko provides a high-level overview of the API and walks you through some common API operations. These include:
Creating a new phone call task
Listing all tasks
Fetching a completed task
Fetching the calls associated with this task
Downloading a call recording
Downloading a call transcript
Customers that integrate with the Opkit API can programmatically trigger phone call tasks when certain events occur - for example, whenever a new patient schedules an appointment. They can also automatically ingest the results of completed tasks, saving this data back to their systems of record, or using it to trigger downstream processes.
